A very interesting article (in my opinion). Why u shouldn't hide the amount you've been paid as employee. U can find the answer in this article. Some may thinks that the study about this topic is rubbish but some may think it is useful. I think it is useful. Why must I hide about my salary. I deserve to get that amount because of my load of work not because of my qualification. Hmm... If I want a job that suits my qualification, than maybe I will fight for the right amount I deserve to get. No offend ya!!! U have your own reason why u want to keep it secret.
